Happy Friday! This is a quick video for parmesan crostini I made for my locals community a couple weeks ago. It feels like cheating, but at least I’m making my self-imposed deadline. Forgive the kitschy music.
Parmesan crostini is the perfect thing to do with stale leftover bread. It transforms it into crunchy, garlicky deliciousness. Of course, it’s great with hot soup, stew, or salad, and you can also use it for various appetizers. Serve it alongside hummus, tapenade, or artichoke dip, or top it with delicious things like fresh ricotta, pesto, chopped tomatoes with basil, prosciutto, roasted peppers, whatever sounds good to you!
