Parmesan Crostini

Parmesan Crostini

Happy Friday! This is a quick video for parmesan crostini I made for my locals community a couple weeks ago. It feels like cheating, but at least I’m making my self-imposed deadline. Forgive the kitschy music.

Parmesan crostini is the perfect thing to do with stale leftover bread. It transforms it into crunchy, garlicky deliciousness. Of course, it’s great with hot soup, stew, or salad, and you can also use it for various appetizers. Serve it alongside hummus, tapenade, or artichoke dip, or top it with delicious things like fresh ricotta, pesto, chopped tomatoes with basil, prosciutto, roasted peppers, or whatever sounds good to you!

Life has been rather intense lately. Forgive the understatement; I know we are all feeling it. We are facing situations and decisions we would have found impossible just months ago. If you are struggling, you can be sure you are not alone. Carry on, lean on people you trust, and listen to your inner guidance. You are stronger than you know.

I hate that this quote is so true. But it is so true.

We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face… we must do that which we think we cannot.
